My wife and I came here for the first time and were very surprised. With most places today wanting to just do the minimum to satisfy customers, Destiny, our waitress, went above and beyond for us. The food was amazing, her service was outstanding, the restaurant was very clean, and were checked on by a few other employees during our dine in. 10 stars for this location and we were sure to take great care of Destiny for her hard work!

Bernardo was the best server/hostess I’ve had in years. He was very polite, patient, and always had a smile every time he greeted us. He sat us quickly and tended to us even though he was our actual server. Performed amazing and was helping all of his employees even though they were short staffed on this terrible Icey night. Thank you so much man!!!! Ps I definitely think he deserves a raise!!!

The onion rings to the coconut shrimp, everything here is absolutely amazing, thank you to our wonderful server Jamie, she's very sweet and checks in regularly, the drinks are very yummy and bartenders are very versed in drink selections, thank you to them as well. I rate this whole experience 10/10.

I wanted to share how great our recent experience was and thank our waiter, Robert. Robert was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. He made sure everything was correct, kept our drinks refilled, and created a welcoming experience from start to finish. The overall experience was excellent as well — great food, a clean restaurant, and a well-run team.

Jamie was our server, and she was amazing we could not have asked for a better experience!

The hostess (Glitter) Made a special effort to seat us where we wanted to be seated in the restaurant. Our server, Ryn, is Professional, Very personable, has a sweet smile and made our dinner extra fun. She was also very good at up selling the menu. And make sure to invite us back. We also met with the manager briefly and she was just as kind and welcoming!! The trickle down effect is working well for you in the Gallatin location.

This Logan's is under new management, so all my previous reviews have been deleted, because they now deserve a fresh start. We visited on Tuesday, 7/30/24, and were very impressed with the service and the food. I had the Hawaiian Strip, Baked Sweet Potato and Baked Beans. My wife had the Logan, Baked Potato and salad. Our starter was the Spinach Artichoke Dip. Everything was awesome, the food and the service. Many thanks to our server, Jasmine, who did a superior job! You must try Logan's again! UPDATE: (6/25/25) After visiting Logans a few more times and being completely satisfied, I regret to say that we just had a disappointing visit. There were six of us in the party, 4 were happy with their meals and 2 were not. One meal, Logans Steak Alfredo, was delivered without sauce. When the oversight was mentioned, it was returned with an abundance of sauce. The second meal, Roadhouse Smoke Platter, had no flavor. The ribs were dry. The chicken was tasteless, and the sauce was flat. The platter was the single worst menu item I have ever received at Logan's.

We had the loaded potato wedges, fried pickles, Loganoff stroganoff, and the fried chicken with mashed taters and gravy. Everything was excellent. Large portions, we took half of everything home. And it was good the next day! Miss the peanuts in the shell, though.
